1. Use of Our Website

By using PraiThan Prints, placing an order, or uploading artwork, you agree to use the website lawfully and provide accurate order, shipping, and contact information.

2. Custom Orders

Custom orders are produced based on the information, artwork, size, color, quantity, and design notes provided by the customer. You are responsible for reviewing order details and proof approvals before production.

3. Artwork Rights

You must own or have permission to use any artwork, logo, photo, text, name, phrase, or design you upload or request. PraiThan Prints may refuse orders that appear to violate intellectual property rights, contain unlawful content, or are otherwise inappropriate.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices, shipping rates, promotions, and product availability may change. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. If a pricing or product error occurs, we may contact you to correct the order or issue a refund.

5. Product Appearance

Colors may appear differently on screens than on physical products. Slight variations in print placement, material, texture, or color may occur during production.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PraiThan Prints is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products purchased through the website.
