Most orders are processed after payment is confirmed and all required design details or artwork have been received. Custom orders may require proof review or customer approval before production begins.

2. Production Time

Production time may vary depending on the product type, quantity, artwork complexity, proof approval timing, and material availability. Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and may change during busy periods.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are displayed during checkout. PraiThan Prints may offer flat-rate shipping or free shipping promotions when an order meets the current threshold shown on the website.

4. Tracking

When tracking information is available, it may be added to your order and emailed to you. You may also use the Track Order page with your email and order ID.

5. Delivery Issues

PraiThan Prints is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer, or delivery issues outside our control. Please contact us quickly if you notice an address error.
