Return and Refund Policy

1. Custom Product Policy

Many PraiThan Prints items are custom-made or personalized. Because custom products are produced specifically for your order, they are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved design/order details.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible with your order ID, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

3. Proof Approval

For orders that include proof approval, please review spelling, names, colors, sizes, placement, and design details carefully before approving. Once a proof is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. If production has not started, we may be able to cancel the order. If materials have been purchased, artwork has been prepared, or production has started, cancellation may not be available.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds may not be available for customer spelling errors, incorrect sizes selected by the customer, low-quality uploaded artwork, color variations caused by screen differences, or buyer’s remorse after production has begun.
